Meet Kim

Kim McDevitt, MPH, RD, is a Registered Dietitian who has spent over a decade helping people cut through the noise and actually figure out how to eat well — for their body, their life, and the long haul.

Her approach is simple: no gimmicks, no perfection, no generic meal plans. Just real nutrition science translated into strategies that work when life is busy, imperfect, and full.

Kim serves as Lead Dietitian at Longevity Maine, Maine's first concierge preventive health practice, where she works with clients on metabolic health, sustainable habits, and the kind of nutrition that supports a long, energetic life. She brings a rare combination of clinical depth and real-world practicality — shaped by years of working with individuals, CPG brands, and national media including Runner's World and US News & World Report. She is a published author and serves as a dietitian advisor to Cadence, the first digital performance nutrition platform built for active women.

When she's not with clients, you'll find her running the coast, skinning up a mountain, cooking with her three kids, or convincing anyone who will listen that eating well doesn't have to be complicated.

She lives in Maine with her husband and three children — and genuinely believes that how you eat shapes everything else.

Eating should feel joyful, intuitive, and empowering — not like another thing to get right.

My approach

No perfection required

Eating well doesn't mean eating perfectly. It means finding what works for your body and your life — and actually sticking with it.

Science you can use

Real evidence-based guidance translated into practical strategies—no trends, no gimmicks — just what the research actually says.

Built around your life

Not a generic plan. Not a quick-fix diet. A real strategy shaped around who you are, how you move, and what your life actually looks like day to day.
