Kim is a Registered Dietitian (RD) specializing in family nutrition and nutrition for women. She coached on lifestyle optimization, and does content development for multiple platforms.
Spurred by her love of running and a devotion to clean, healthy eating, Kim left a career in advertising/marketing to pursue those passions professionally. She currently works as the National Educator-US for Vega, a plant-based nutrition and supplement company and is Pediatric Dietitian at Princeton Nassau Pediatric Group
Since having her first child in October 2015, Kim watched her passion for nutrition evolve into yet another domain, falling in love with maternal and child nutrition. Writing from personal experience and with professional expertise, she's on a mission to help families navigate the muddy waters of nutrition for kids, and share her post-baby journey through marathon training, healthy eating, breastfeeding, and more with all the other mama's out there.
Kim has run a multitude of long-distance races, baked more cookies than any one person should, spends every possible free second with her husband and babe, and always has time to listen to her family and friends' latest stories. Her laughter is contagious and she'll always be up for a group run!
She received her Master's in Public Health from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree from Colby College.
